1. Operator and Service

0trace0 is an online platform for secure internet access, protected network access, and device management. Operator: Jourloy LLC, Russian Federation. Contact: hello@0trace0.me. User databases are stored in the Russian Federation.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Public Offer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Availability and Liability

1. The Service is provided as is and as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, or lost profit.

4. Account and Access

Access to the Service is provided through an account with a username and password. Passwords are stored as hashes. The User is responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

5. Prohibited Actions

You may not violate the law, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, abuse the Service, or use 0trace0 for illegal activity.

6. Subscription and Payment

The subscription price is determined by the active plan shown during checkout.

Auto-renewal may be enabled by the User and can be disabled in the account. If a purchase is made through an app store, cancellation and renewal are managed in that store.

• Access on supported devices within the account.
• Renewal and access management through the account.
• Direct support for setup and payment questions.

Refunds for a paid period are not provided unless required by law.

After auto-renewal is disabled, access remains active until the end of the paid period.

7. Law and Disputes

Russian Federation law applies. Disputes are considered at the Operator's location unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
