Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer by Jourloy LLC (the Operator, we) to any legally capable person (the User) to enter into an agreement for use of the 0trace0 online service under the terms below.

Acceptance occurs by registration, pressing service buttons, actual use of the Service, and/or payment. From acceptance, the agreement is considered concluded.

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy published in the Service are integral parts of this agreement.

2. Terms

  • Account means the User's account identified by username and password; the password is stored as a hash.
  • Subscription means paid access to the Service for a selected period. Auto-renewal may be enabled by the User.
  • Secure internet means protected internet access provided through the Service infrastructure and 0trace0 application.
  • 0trace0 application means the official app used to access the Service.

3. Subject

The Operator provides the User with access to the Service for secure internet, device management, subscriptions, support, and related functions, provided the selected plan is paid on time when payment is required.

4. Paid Services and Plans

  1. The subscription price is determined by the active plan shown during checkout.
  2. Auto-renewal may be enabled by the User. If auto-renewal is disabled, no additional charges are made and access remains until the end of the paid period.
  3. Auto-renewal is managed in the User account. If the subscription is purchased through an app store, cancellation and renewal are managed there.
  4. Refunds for a paid period are not provided unless required by law.

5. Data Processing

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. We apply organizational and technical safeguards to information processed by the Service.

6. User Duties

  • Use the Service lawfully and for personal purposes unless otherwise agreed separately.
  • Provide accurate information and not impersonate other persons.
  • Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass Service restrictions.
  • Do not use the Service for illegal activity.
